I didn't expect the studio to have a separate master bedroom. It's a newly built building from last year. The facilities are good, with air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and more. Both Chinatown and Woolworths are nearby, making shopping convenient. It's right at the doorstep of RMIT, not far from Melbourne University, making it super convenient to walk to school.
