So, turns out the house I spent so long picking out in advance has flaked on me now. Over 100 quid, 30 square meters. I mean, it's got a gym and a study room. It's a 19-minute ride to Coventry University and 25 minutes to Warwick University. The upside is it's really good value for money, over 100 quid. The downside is no pets allowed, gotta take good care of the room.
