押金为250英镑，并需在申请公寓时支付。押金在经过14天的冷静期后由DPS保管，押金支付后，相关信息将直接发送至你的邮箱，并在合同中显示。
担保人是什么？
担保人是在你未能履行合同义务时代替你履行义务的人，这包括支付你未支付的租金或其他欠款。担保人必须年满18岁并居住在英国，必要时需要具备支付你租金的经济能力。担保人需提供最近三个月内带照片的身份证明的复印件以及居住地址证明。
预订的下一步是什么？
