Don't rush into renting a place in Melbourne! Make sure to look around and compare more. I've been living in this studio for nearly half a month, and I'm super satisfied! The living experience is pretty good. 😍 🔆 The location is super convenient too. It's close to Victoria Market, the largest fresh food market in the Southern Hemisphere. It's an 8-minute walk to RMIT - 650 meters, and a 16-minute walk to Melbourne University - 1.2 kilometers. It's a 25-minute train ride to Caulfield campus, and a 10-minute bus ride to Monash City campus. 🏠 The facilities are also very comprehensive. There's a gym, food events, study rooms, laundry shops, game areas, and vending machines!
