Does anyone sublet the only studio with separate washing and drying facilities?

Due to personal reasons, I can't continue living here. I'm looking to sublet the studio. It'll be available around mid-June, with a remaining lease of 26 weeks. Anyone interested in taking over? The location is in Surry Hills, just a 10-minute bus ride to USYD 🚌. The best part is, it has its own washer and dryer! Unlike other student apartments where you have to pay to use them. 💰 If you're interested, we can discuss the bill arrangements.
