So, basically, this apartment 🏠 has hardly any negative reviews. The living experience is quite good, with breakfast 🥣 included, as well as utilities like water and electricity. It's got air conditioning and heating, the kind that keeps you cozy in winter and cool in summer. Plus, it's fully furnished with stuff like desks, chairs, and a TV. And the view from the bed is just amazing, like seriously breathtaking. Also, right outside is the bus 🚌 stop. It's only a 14-minute ride to Monash Language Center and 10 minutes to RMIT.
