I really just don't believe it. Can't find a spacious studio apartment in Melbourne? 🤔

Asked several people, they all sent listings for small studios, around ten square meters. It's not like I need a super spacious place, just enough for occasional hangouts with two or three friends at home. Although it's not very cheap, comparing it, it's indeed quite cost-effective. About 500 meters from Monash University, around 800 meters from RMIT, within walking distance.
