I already love the room just by looking at the layout 😍. The double-sided floor-to-ceiling windows 🪟 provide great lighting. The room is not too big or too small, just right for one person. Plus, it comes with a separate washing machine, which is perfect for someone like me who can't stand communal laundry machines. All kinds of furniture are available, so you can move in right away without any issues. Utilities like water, electricity, and internet are free. Basically, it takes around 10 minutes to reach both the University of Leeds and Leeds Business School.
