Does anyone want to take over the 2b2b in Zetland?

My friend and I are planning to move in together in May, but our current 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment still has over half a year left on the lease. We're wondering if there's anyone who'd like to take over the lease 😭. Those interested in renewing the lease can start from around May 20th. The apartment is quite convenient, with a new bus taking about 20 minutes to reach Xin Nan 🚌. The room facilities are also brand new, and we've taken good care of the place when we lived there before.
