Because I have a better and more cost-effective studio to rent for everyone 😍 Check out image 234~ The rooms are nice and inclusive of bills, the cost-effectiveness is amazing. The apartment has great facilities, all bills included, and the rooms are spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows. 🈶️ There's a gym, cinema, game area, mahjong machine, study room, etc., ❗️ plus free breakfast and coffee. The location is also super convenient, about a ten-minute walk to Newcastle University and the Business School. Ps: It's only 5 minutes to the train station, suitable for students from Durham too~
