The thing that attracted me was its private balcony and bathtub, with fantastic natural light in the balcony. There's a free shuttle bus to Monash University and RMIT every day, bills included, and there's a laundry room on every floor, no need to run to the top floor anymore 😭 Short distances are also convenient 🐷 The public lounge area is really cool and comfortable in the summer 😭
