Melbourne found a new house on the south bank! Absolutely amazing!

Brand new apartment with brand new facilities!! Downstairs there's bubble tea + an Asian supermarket, and across the street is Woolworths, with a very advantageous location. The whole building is like a hotel-style apartment that can be rented long-term. The building has its own free luxury gym, with equipment that's even more complete than my paid gym, plus there are yoga beds and Pilates classrooms where you can book classes directly on the app. Across from the gym is pool A, and the floor-to-ceiling window design provides excellent lighting. All of these are completely free. On the building's terrace, there's a BBQ grill and an electric stove, which are available for use whenever you want, so you can invite friends over for a party anytime. There's also a floor for shared office/study space, with private rooms that can be booked for meetings anytime, which is very suitable for this era of working or taking online classes at home. The apartment even comes with an extra monitor. There's another floor with two large lounges and an open-plan kitchen. There's also a game room with a huge screen, where you can play Mario Kart with friends anytime. The building has a fantastic view overlooking Melbourne, with windows that face Albert Park. Just sitting here makes life feel wonderful.
