I really love the free wash and dry studio in Melbourne in July. 😍

This is so nice, folks! 🥳 The room size is pretty good, and bills are included, plus the air conditioning works smoothly 😍 The highlight is, laundry is free in this apartment! The room has a bathroom, a small kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, and more 💯 The location is also within the free tram zone! 🚃 It's a 15-minute tram ride to Monash University. Walking to the University of Melbourne takes about 15 minutes, and only 6 minutes to RMIT. It's super close to Chinatown and Victoria Market too 👍
