The hottest floor plan in Melbourne, S2 still not a priority to squat?

Last semester I was late to the game, and by the time I tried to grab it, it was already gone. This year, I must secure it. It's the 1b layout with a very low price. But it's not available yet; booking will only open in mid-April. Whatever, I'll just wait here first.
