London-based cat owners studying abroad, where are your cats? 🐱

The cat has been with me for two and a half years, accompanying me in eating, sleeping, and even in the bathroom. It doesn't destroy the house or party, it's obedient and affectionate. Should I bring it with me when I study abroad? 🐱 But I don't know where there are student apartments that allow pets. I'm worried about the hassle of the paperwork and that it might get stressed out halfway. If I don't bring it, I'll feel sorry for it and miss it terribly. A cat's life is short, I want to spend more time with it... What should I do, my dear friends? 😭
