如果我不喜欢我的房间，是否可以更换？
若有其他同学取消房间，或与您调换的同学同意，可以联系公寓物业团队，工作人员会尽量帮助您。但除了房型和面积不同外，其他房间的设施配置都是相同的。
我可以提前入住吗？
如有提前入住的需求，请联系您的顾问老师。如果公寓有相应租期的空房，且您同意相应的额外房租，便可安排提前入住。
如果我未在到期日支付房租，会自动从我的银行卡中扣款吗？
不会。您需要登录至公寓系统账户，并设定您的支付方式，通过线上支付或在前台刷卡支付，亦可银行转账，但后者通常用于特殊情况（如在线支付遇到困难/失败等）。我们更倾向于前两种支付方式。在您提交预定申请时，可以选择您的支付方式。
押金何时需要支付？
在您提交申请并接受合同时。
什么时候可以取回押金？
在您租约到期后，您的押金将被退还，前提是您顺利完成退房检查（即：未损坏房间内设施或有其他清洁问题）。在此期间您的押金将由押金保护机构[Deposit Protection Service]或[My Deposit Scotland]保管。
我可以在入住前提前收件吗？
这取决于您所预定的房型，建议您联系公寓的物业团队确认。如果允许，您需在包裹上注明您的全名和房间号，以便工作人员为您妥善保管。
我需要什么资格的担保人？
担保人需了解您的入住情况并同意您支付房租。如果逾期付款，公寓将联系您的担保人。担保人需年满18岁，拥有全职工作和固定住所。一般来说，担保人需提供住址证明以验证身份。
我需要支付地税吗？
如您是合格的全日制学生，您将免于交纳地税。您需向公寓提供能证明您是全日制学生的文件。
我什么时候可进行入住？
在合同生效时，您便可以办理入住手续。如果您在非工作时间到达公寓，请提前告知，以便公寓安排入住。
我如何领取房间门卡？
完成入住登记后，可以在公寓前台领取门卡。
我可以请别人代付门卡吗？
不可以，出于安全考虑，您的门卡只能由您本人领取。
我能在房间内吸烟吗？
为安全起见，公寓内禁止吸烟，并设有烟雾报警器。若需抽烟，请向公寓前台询问指定的吸烟区域。
