The first priority when looking for a house after settling down in Melbourne is definitely efficiency!

Dragging on and on, now there are very few options left to choose from. But this year, many classmates' visas are really stuck. This little nest applies today and flies tomorrow, and when we land, we can stay there. Efficiency is the key here, plus the infrastructure is all very new (last year's new building).
