Does Melbourne still have ones with balconies?!

Family, I finally found a cozy little house in Melbourne with a balcony. Absolutely loving this little balcony! Don't need a big space when living alone. Just need a spot where I can soak up the sunshine and enjoy the view every day. Plus, this apartment even includes three meals a day! It's a godsend for someone like me who can't cook, haha.
