Attention ❗ The treasures of Xin Nan can choose these districts.
Generally speaking, when it comes to where students live while attending school, convenience comes first, followed by price!
So, taking the University of New South Wales in Sydney as an example: Most students would choose areas like Waterloo, Zetland, and Rosebery. Among them, Zetland is quite popular, mainly because there's a trendy building there with a lot of hype around it; then there are slightly more remote areas like Mascot, Wolli Creek, and Randwick, where prices are a bit cheaper!
All of the above-mentioned areas are options, but I don't recommend going too far. After all, everyone's time is precious, and spending around two hours commuting to school every day is just not worth it in my opinion (though this only represents the views of some people). In short, the closer, the pricier; the farther, the cheaper. But as the number of international students in Sydney increases every year, prices are also rising.
The picture shows Rosebery, with two bedrooms downstairs.
The furnishings are all brand new, and it includes all appliances and water bills, haha.
There's a bus from New South that takes 17 minutes, and it's 28 minutes to Sydney University! Truly love it.
