Basic appliances are all there (fridge, microwave, air conditioning). PS: Laundry needs to be done in the apartment's laundry room, with self-service washing and drying facilities, fulfilling daily needs. 🌟 Outdoor barbecue area, rooftop terrace: Have a BBQ party on the weekend, enjoying the sunshine and good food with friends, life quality doubles!
