After booking, I realized I'm not worthy of having it. Though the surroundings are convenient and everything is close by, I really can't afford it. I've made up my mind to cancel... Let's just find a standard studio apartment. Besides budget, what else should we consider when booking a 🏡? I want to switch to another layout in this building directly. Would that incur any breach of contract fees? 😭😭😭
