Hey hey! Am I not the earliest occupant of Melbourne 24s1, haha?

Because I wanted to familiarize myself with the situation in advance, I booked the lease starting from January. I reserved a studio at Unilodge CBD. The location is right in Melbourne City, and I can walk 🚶 to Melbourne University. Moreover, it's super close to Queen Victoria Market, so no worries about shopping in the future, hahaha. Though it's small, it has everything I need. At least, it can meet my daily life needs. The room is also very new; I heard it opened last year. I want to give a special thanks ♥️ to the lady who helped me apply for the room at that time. She was really enthusiastic, answered a bunch of questions for me – much appreciated!
