Just $400 to live in City? Aren't you tempted? 😏 Right at the intersection is Monash University, turn a corner and there's RMIT. Downstairs, there's even a free tram station. Weimama is right next door, full of delicious food. Why go far to eat? Plus, there's individual air conditioning, all bills included, and a washing machine. Is there really no one to join me in taking advantage of this? 🙄
