I really can't believe that a studio in Melbourne, costing over 400, has no takers. 🤔

The location is near the University of Melbourne, just a 6-minute walk to school 🏫. On Sundays, you can take a stroll in Flagstaff Gardens, the environment is very nice and soothing. Although the room isn't very big, it's totally sufficient for one person 😃. It's quite convenient as utilities are all included, plus it comes with ready-to-use furniture, so you can move in right away.
