This room 🏠 makes me feel relaxed just by looking at it. With a full-length window, there's no obstruction to the view. Waking up to sunshine every day, it couldn't get more comfortable 😌. Furniture, bills, utilities, everything's included, so no extra expenses. Living here is worry-free. The location is spot-on too, with a free tram station 🚃 right outside. Nearby, there are all sorts of shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, making life super convenient. Melbourne University and RMIT are both less than a 10-minute walk 🚶 away. No stress about getting to class every day~
