Who wouldn't love this cozy little room? My mom saw it and couldn't stop praising it. It's a new apartment from '23 with all new facilities, fully furnished, and bills included. On the ground floor, there's a cinema, study area, and laundry room. The location is great too! Right next to Wei Ma, only a 10-minute walk to RMIT and 20 minutes to Melbourne University.
