To say or not to say, the sunlight 🌞 is really nice. Honestly, living here allows you to wake up in the morning and enjoy the scenery outside the window. The room 🏠 isn't very big, but it's not too small either. It's just right for one person, with plenty of space besides storage. Bills and furniture 🪑 are all included, so you can just move in with your bags 🛍️. The location is also pretty convenient, with a tram station right outside the door. Melbourne University and RMIT are just a few minutes' walk away.
