Oh my, why didn't I notice this 1b1b earlier, so fed up with Melbourne's spiciness 😫

Looks like the first one is pretty nice, a solid choice! 🎉 It's a bit pricey though, wish I had seen it earlier 😭. And there's a balcony, good for ventilation and getting some sunlight. 📅 Available from December 19th to March 22nd, and you can even rent it for one more month 😭, which is a lifesaver. It's conveniently located near a 🚉 station, plus it's within walking distance to school. Monash University and RMIT are both nearby, so that's a plus. 🐛
