My friend said they don't like going up and down stairs all the time, they prefer the open layout feeling of a single level. But this space is big, and the room has a great view. Having separate floors provides good privacy. My boyfriend stays up late downstairs playing games 🎮 wildly, and it doesn't bother me while I'm upstairs having a beauty sleep 💆~
