It also includes bills, security, gym, laundry room, study room, etc. You can barbecue on the rooftop, there's a 24-hour front desk, and the facilities are comprehensive. There are four elevators, and they're pretty fast. Laundry room on the 13th floor, gym on the 12th floor, and a game room on the 42nd floor. 💟 Commute: Monash University - 1.3km RMIT - 450 meters The location and distance are pretty good! 🏠
