2b1b It's close to Mo University, just about a 4-minute walk away; The Mo University School of Business is the closest, just across the street; There are fewer people around here compared to the CBD area, so it's relatively quieter. The area is quite spacious, even the twin layout is larger than some other 2-bedroom apartments, and the new buildings will obviously feel newer inside. The bathroom is quite spacious, with a full wall mirror and a long countertop, featuring one of those large square overhead showers.
