After comparing for a month, I finally chose a studio apartment that I am satisfied with in all aspects. The rent is $469 per week for six months, and $459 per week for a year, including bills. It comes with air conditioning, security, and a gym. After paying the rent, I don't have to worry about anything else, just move in and that's it. The location is also great, 700 meters from Monash University and 300 meters from RMIT.
