Feeling a bit uneasy! Actually, it's not that bad. The apartment has security and surveillance. Apart from being a bit more relaxed and spacious than student dorms, it's pretty much the same. This is located at 📍214-220 Coward Street MASCOT. Although it's a duplex, the living room and bedroom are all on the second floor, with direct stairs from the first floor. The curved one is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, with lovely floor-to-ceiling windows 💕 and good natural light. It has heating and air conditioning. Furnishings and appliances are all there. Previously occupied by a Chinese girl who decorated the room beautifully 🌿, so she left a great impression. 🍒 Commute: UNSW ————20 minutes Bus stop ————5 minutes Around, there's a large Asian supermarket, Woolworths, Coco MachiMachi, a spicy hot pot place, a Northwest noodle house, and other Chinese restaurants.
