Location is definitely a key factor! Just 2 minutes away from the famous Central Park Mall, where you can find everything you need for dining, drinking, and entertainment! It's a 7-minute walk to UTS and 13 minutes to USYD. The view is excellent, the surroundings are quiet, and the atmosphere is great. There are various convenience stores and cafes nearby, very close, but they don't disturb this sense of tranquility!
