Offbeat Coziness | Capturing the picturesque views of Rhodes Island in the Parramatta River! 🌅
Staying up late playing games and binge-watching videos will affect roommates, right? Getting distracted by roommates loudly gaming when rushing a deadline?
No worries, it's the living room, and I've added the living room! What's even cooler is that all three rooms, including the living room, are connected to the balcony – absolutely stunning!
There's a community park and playground downstairs, a 3-minute walk to the river park with cute riverside cafes – perfect for some cool vibes! In just 4 minutes, you'll reach Phoenix Park, which even has a dog park. Furry enthusiasts, rejoice!
The island boasts several Chinese and Japanese restaurants, satisfying your "Asian cravings"! But the real convenience lies in shopping – literally a stroll away. A convenience store in 4 minutes, a large supermarket in 8 minutes, and unbelievably, an IKEA in 14 minutes!
The quality of life here is not just high; it's skyrocketing!! The only drawback is its distance from the city center. Unless you have a car or work nearby, it's not recommended. Traveling to USYD takes a solid 20 minutes by train to Redfern station, and walking might add another 20 minutes to reach campus.
For UTS, a 24-minute train ride to Central station, followed by a 24-minute walk – a bit taxing. And don't even mention UNSW. A 10-minute walk to the train station, taking T9 for 24 minutes to Central, then switching to L2 for another 14 minutes to UNSW High Street, plus a minute's walk to campus – nearly an hour in total.
If you don't mind the commute or drive to school, this is indeed a fantastic place to live. And for those working nearby, it's worth considering!
