My Golden Plus Studio is really awesome, weighing in at 208 pounds. The location of my room is superb, right at the corner of the hallway, and it's 2 square meters larger than other studios on the same floor. With such a spacious room, there's plenty of room for two more people. If you love big spaces and want to enjoy it alone, this place is perfect for you!
Here's the key: only with a big studio can you cook without mixing smells. My room is 23 square meters, just compare it with the areas of other apartments, and you'll see.
Some friends used to live in Code, but I felt the rooms there were too small, and the whole place would smell whenever cooking. So I chose here, and I don't have this annoyance at all.
For friends who love full-length windows, go for iq, especially Building B1, with its large windows offering great views. My floor-to-ceiling window is the largest, and the sunset view is stunning~ If you can't get a room facing the street in Building B1 or C, then you don't need to consider this advantage. No matter how big the windows are, there's no view to enjoy.
Let me talk about my aesthetic preferences: I can't accept flashy room color schemes, so the simple gray and white tones of iq are just right.
As for the conclusion:
Generally, I can hear the sounds of the neighbors' gatherings in the 3B room at night.
It takes 2-3 minutes to walk to catch the 12x to Warwick, while the 87 route is just a minute downstairs.
iq is divided into three buildings: B1, B2, and C. B1 faces the street, offering good views; B2 is sandwiched in the middle, with not much of a view; C is where the reception is located, also facing the street.
That's my sharing.
