"Why can't I see the 2B2B on the 13th floor? 🙄"

Originally came to check out the 13th floor Waterloo 2B2B, but someone's already living there. So, found a unit with the same layout to shoot [crying R][crying R][crying R]. Higher floors definitely have better sunlight, ahh! The living room and two bedrooms, with three big beds, get plenty of sunshine. Downstairs, there's an internal small garden—quiet and not noisy! Perfect for both studying and relaxing! Just downstairs, you've got breakfast shops, coffee places, and nearby there are tea houses, Chinese, Korean, Thai food, and even pizza! Convenient for school too, right at the bus stop downstairs. 21 minutes to UNSW, fastest to USYD in 22 minutes, and 30 minutes to UTS! Close to Crystal Park, Corning Park, and Moore Park—no worries about finding a place to chill on the weekends!
