Liz 180's studio, I find it too expensive!!!

They asked me to stay on the road curb, saying no need to spend money. But I'm wondering, isn't a 180-square-foot studio expensive in Leeds? Even though there's a supermarket downstairs, it takes a 2-minute walk to the bus stop and a 15-minute walk to the University of Leeds.
