The University of Melbourne is subletting my studio apartment, going through official channels.

Lease Duration: Still a long way to go, even 24 years is fine. Just check out the pictures directly. The first picture shows the actual room, and the second one is from the official website. The apartment is "the switch." Booked the place, but unfortunately, can't make it. 🚶 Ten minutes walk to the University of Melbourne, 15 minutes to RMIT. Convenient for walking to school. 🚋 Tram station 100 meters away, great for traveling. Pros: Cost-effective, washing machine four times a week, close to school. 💦 Cons: No pets allowed, no friends over. 🙋‍♂️ Particularly suitable for friends at the University of Melbourne.
