Came to Melbourne in '24, is it true that this is the only place to stay with pets❗❓

I really, really love my cat so much. I plan to bring it with me when I go to MoDa next year. But the student apartments basically don't allow pets, and I'm worried the social apartments might be too expensive for me to afford. This apartment allows double occupancy, even though it's a studio, it's spacious like a one-bedroom. Plus, they accept pets. I don't care about anything else, as long as I can live there with my cat, I'm sold. I'll also inquire about other facilities. They have free swimming pools and gyms, game rooms, and movies, with 24-hour security. MoDa is just a three-minute walk away.
