I heard this studio is already the cheapest around the school. There's nothing else left. I hope I'm not being tricked. But this one-bedroom is really spacious. I really like this floor-to-ceiling window. It's just that it's only on the third floor, feels kinda unsafe. But being in Central Park, it should be fine, right?
