I really can't afford a place in the city center. The houses there are small, and the prices are high. Want to be a good student but can't find a quiet place. This riverside house with a warm atmosphere is like a dream come true for me. It's my dream backyard. With bus stops everywhere, it's so convenient to go anywhere. Why bother squeezing into the busy downtown?
