Plus, there's a gym, a cinema room, and parcel lockers in the apartment. Laundry is free every week, super high cost-performance ratio 👍 It's also very close to the university, a 6-minute walk to RMIT, 🚶 and a 15-minute walk to the University of Melbourne.
