It's only 160 meters away from Mo University, so you'll practically be at school as soon as you step out the door! Home sweet home right after class! ❗ 🈺 Another reason is: I felt like studios and ensuites were a bit small, but this apartment happens to have one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom options, much larger than studios. You can choose a one-bedroom for yourself! The bedroom and kitchen are separated, so cooking smells won't drift into the bedroom. 🆘 As for the lease, you can choose between one year or six months. Since I'm not staying long, six months will do for me.
