I don't understand why everyone likes houses around this grassy building.

In the Chippendale area, besides the "pleasant" prices, what else is there? Also, these... Every day, there's a constant stream of people checking in, and just think, you live in the iconic building "Grass Tower" in Sydney's CBD. The bus stop to Sydney Central Business District (CBD) and Central Train Station is right at your doorstep. Sydney University, University of Technology Sydney (UTS), University of Notre Dame, and some of Sydney's best schools are all nearby. Walk to Broadway Shopping Center, Central Park Shopping Center, Chinatown, Newtown, and various business districts for leisure, entertainment, and convenient transportation. It's hard not to love it here!
