No, why hasn't anyone mentioned how close Loft in Newcastle is to the school?

Walking 7 minutes to get to Newcastle University, isn't that close enough?? This duplex is lovely to live in, with the bedroom upstairs and the living room and kitchen downstairs. The space utilization is quite reasonable, and there's even a skylight on the second floor! You can lie in bed and see the sky, the night view is fantastic! Plus, there's a washing machine, dryer, oven, and microwave.
