Wow, this place is really amazing, I absolutely love this studio! 🥳 Though it's not very spacious, it's just perfect for one person. And the view from the high floor is breathtaking! 👍 The facilities are great too, very comprehensive, just move in with your bags. Bills are included, and there's air conditioning, a fridge, microwave, and other appliances. It's only a 7-minute walk to RMIT, and around 10 minutes to the University of Melbourne. The neighborhood is also very convenient, with supermarkets, shopping centers, and restaurants nearby.
