I want to complain about this studio in Melbourne!

First gripe: The distance to Mo University is too close, only 700 meters?? The Parkville campus is just 350 meters away. My buddies and I have never been late! Second gripe: The environment is way too quiet. Sleeping soundly every day. Third gripe: There's a balcony, comes with air conditioning, and excellent natural light. Fourth gripe: 💰 Only 4✖️✖️! Fifth gripe: Indoors even has an oven and a dishwasher!!! Sixth gripe: Public facilities include a gym, cinema, music room, and there's even a rooftop terrace. Barbecues every night – it's a surefire way to gain some weight!
