Why did I just find out that there are apartments so close to USYD?

I actually don't really want to live next to the school; it feels like I'm still at school after classes end. But if it's too far away, commuting feels a bit exhausting. - This apartment 🏠 is just right for me, only a bit more than a 10-minute walk to the school. It includes bills, furniture, and even its own air conditioning. - The view outside the window is super nice, a must-see for friends who love sceneries 🐛.
