😢 Studying in Melbourne, and there are some things I genuinely regret.
🏫 After studying in Australia for three years, I returned to China and realized that many things could have been done better! ❗️ Hope you guys don't make the same mistakes ⚠️
💰 No part-time job
Actually, part-time jobs are quite interesting in student life abroad. Not only can you earn some pocket money 💵, but you can also get a closer understanding of the local culture, and your English will become more fluent in daily life 👁️
📚 Didn't join student organizations
Because I was too shy, I didn't dare to participate in group activities. These activities can really teach you a lot! ❗️ Even if you say something wrong, no one will blame you 👍🏻
🗣️ Didn't dare to express opinions boldly
My English proficiency isn't bad, but my personality is introverted. During discussions, I always watched other classmates passionately exchanging ideas 🔥, while I remained as quiet as a log, missing out on opportunities to practice speaking and make friends. 😞
🌏 Didn't handle the visa early
My friend got a tourist visa early, and whenever there was a holiday, they could explore various parts of Australia 🤩! By the time I realized it, I was almost graduating... 😤
Hope these experiences can help those of you currently studying abroad. Don't let regret become your theme song! 💪💙
